I'm planning on going to the gym in the AM. It is too crazy out there as far as the weather goes. The rest of the week looks decent so I'll try running on Thursday AM. I'm hoping to get up very early even though I'm going to bed at least an hour later than normal. Running is how I cope with stress... as well as talking and journaling (blogging). As a counselor I am learning that I need to take care of my needs for me to be able to help anyone else. So this is me taking care of myself! Feel free to ask how the time at the gym went. Typically I write this and I don't get harassed enough when I don't get up. Ask me!
I'm still looking for a running partner and I know that's a difficult thing to find these days... especially in the morning.
