Motivation part 2

So what does it take to get up early to run? 1. Having a race in 2 weeks helps.
2. Knowing that I just need to get up and start running.
3. The feeling of completing a run before most people even wake up.
4. It makes me feel better emotionally and physically.
5. Helps me do a better job at handling life and the challenges it puts in my path.
