4.14.13 Feeling "under the weather"

I don't have a ton to say today, but I wanted to make sure that I wrote some of what I was thinking about related to my running or lack there of this week.  What I can say about my exercise this week is that it was minimal.  On Thursday I spent 30 minutes on the bike at Planet Fitness.  I also did a nice walk on Friday for about 30 minutes.

I'm not feeling 100% right now so I'm taking things fairly easy.  I can't believe that I didn't go to the TNT training yesterday, but when I woke up I didn't feel that great.  Since my "goal race" of getting a sub 2 hour half marathon isn't until September I know I need to be careful.  Sometimes I might give my self too much of a break, but I'm trying to have a good balance.
